Ronald A. Spirn

Ronald A. Spirn, JD, CELA, is the managing shareholder of Ronald A. Spirn, P.C., with offices in Cedarhurst, New York. Ron earned his law degree at Yeshiva University Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1993. While there he interned with the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic providing legal assistance to elderly and disabled low-income families.

Ronald has been certified by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) since 2001 and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the Elder Law sections of the New York State, Kings and Nassau County Bar Associations. Ronald's areas of practice include: Elder Law, Medicaid Eligibility, Asset Protection Planning, Nursing Home and Home Care Issues, Estate Tax Planning, Special Needs, Wills and Trusts, Guardianship and Probate.

Ronald is a frequent lecturer and has presented before attorney organizations, health care professionals, various support groups, senior centers, schools, synagogues, churches, libraries, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Our office faces the parking lot behind 483 Central Avenue in Cedarhurst, NY. Drive southbound on Cedarhurst Avenue and cross over Central Avenue. The parking lot entrance will be in 70 feet on the right side. From the parking lot, look toward the building to find the office pictured to the left of this text.

Kelley Martinez

With more than two decades of legal experience, fifteen of them in Elder Law and Estate Planning, Kelley Martinez has developed the skills needed to effectively communicate with clients and their families.

At Ronald A. Spirn, PC, Kelley assists Mr. Spirn in creating and implementing effective estate and asset protection plans for a diverse group of clients with a variety of needs. She has a specialized background in trusts and estate tax planning.
